No contact with buyer 11 Months ago Karma: 0  
Someone bid on my pochade box kit. They contacted me twice with questions. I have not heard from them since. Not even to say they are sending the payment. What do I do?

I am not sure what policy is on ABU, but as a seller I would tell you to relist the pochade box kit. This happens occasionally. Laurie

Usually, we email the buyer with a response deadline - should they not respond within that time frame, try to contact them via the supplied phone number. If that all fails, the user is suspended, and you are free to relist your item at your convenience (and yes, if the auction in question was a featured item, we will relist it for free).

the winner of your auction can contact you through the messaging system or via email - and you can contact them the same way.
