Buyers and sellers should contact each other within three business days after the listing ends. 

If you cannot contact the seller by email after you purchase an item, or you don't receive a response, you should lookup the member's contact information in MyArtByUs and call them.

Remember, many artists and artisans keep regular business hours, and some do not respond to emails during the evening, on weekends and on holidays. Some of the artists also attend art shows on weekends. Don't forget to read the item description for possible notes on business vacations and shipping days.
