How can I register for the ArtByUs.com Art Marketplace? PDF Print E-mail

There are two different areas at ArtByUs.com:

  • ArtByUs.com Art Marketplace
  • ArtByUs.com Art Community
Both sites have different registration processes and logins. If you want to use both parts of the site, you need to register separate for each area.

Registering for the ArtByUs.com Art Marketplace is easy and free. The registration process includes just a few simple steps:

Step 1:
Go to the ArtByUs.com Marketplace and click the register link in the navigation.

Step 2:
If you are registering in response to a special marketing promotion, please enter the appropriate code. If you do not have a promotional code, please click the "continue registration" button.

Step 3:
Enter your contact and personal information, read, understand and accept the User Agreement and click the "submit registration" button to continue.

Because ArtByUs.com does not require a credit card, debit card or bank account number on file, you should register with an email address from a company or a paid Internet Service Provider, such as AOL. Email addresses from free, web-based providers such as a Yahoo!, GMX, Google Mail, or Hotmail may be on hold until a verification of the registration takes place.

Step 4:
Please check your e-mail. To complete your registration, we have sent you a registration confirmation e-mail containing a link. Please click on this link or cut and paste it into a browser. 

If you've not yet received your confirmation e-mail, it could be for several reasons:

  • You may not have waited long enough. Most e-mail confirmations are delivered within a couple minutes. Some take up to 24 hours.
  • If you use AOL, Yahoo or a few other e-mail services, you may have some kind of filtering enabled that is preventing our e-mail from being delivered to you. If you use AOL, make sure your Mail Controls are set to receive e-mails from the Internet. You need to change these settings before you can receive an e-mail from us.
  • If you have a bulk mail or junk mail folder, check that folder for the e-mail.
  • You may have mistyped your e-mail address when you registered for ArtByUs.com. In this case, please re-register with the correct e-mail address.
Step 5:
Once you confirmed the registration by clicking on the linl or by pasting the URL into you web browser, you can log in and start shopping or selling.
