I'm a watercolor artist and currently go by this silly name Wetbrusher! I have been painting since I was about 6 but it took me nearly 50 years to try watercolor. Hope you enjoy this site. Lots of nice people are using this social forum and I'm sure you will meet a few.

BTW -- If you want to "connect" with someone on the site, use this Forum and select their name on any post that they have written, then select "connect request". Usually, the person to whom you make the request will approve. But, it is up to you. For example, I'll send you a request when I finish this note.

Hi wetbrusher sorry I did'nt answer , but a lot of my mail is ending up in my spam folder... I have now changed the settings on it so I can check it first before it is deleted.. I have also been travelling to Perry , St petersburgh and tomorrow I am off to Cocoa Beach for 3 weeks.. one of the priviliges of being old and retired... I am also preparing for the season down here. of artfairs and shows.. starting in October. I do an Art market every saturday starting 4th oct. till the end of May.. it's great fun ..kind of ties up your weekends but I have made some of my biggest sales there .. Well I will be back from Cocoa beack in August ..nice hearing from you ...Karin

Nice to hear from you, too. My daughter and her family live and work in St. Petersburg. We miss them a lot. We get down there about twice a year and they try to travel up our way at least once a year with their three boys! She and her husband own a medical home service business, Providence Medical Corporation, providing oxygen, CPAP, Nebulizers, et al to homebound clients.

The Artmarts sound like much fun and lurative, too.
